JAM was born out of a simple frustration — we love loyalty programs because they make money go further at the cafés and local spots we visit every week. But losing paper cards feels like throwing money away, and the clutter just isn’t worth it. We realised businesses want to go digital too, but building their own loyalty app is expensive and complicated.
